Frankly, I don't think Milton needs this kind of encouragement.
Something I thought of doing over the weekend, and took me just under a day to finish. I wanted to try out several new things, including caricatures (admittingly failed since not a lot of this is exaggurated) and using Burn and Dodge as standard shading tools. I also added spots to embellish Milton's unhealthy looking skin.
For the curious as to why Milton's eyes take up the whole of his glasses rather than just part of it like Dwight's is that they really do look like that in the movie. The distortion was so severe that the actor (Stephen Root) admitted to having no depth perception with the glasses even while wearing counter-corrective contact lenses.
Fans of either the movie Office Space or the show The Office are encouraged to critique how well I rendered these two.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
